You may register only one Account per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Multiple Accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in all Accounts being closed and funds forfeited. If kis69 detects duplicate Accounts, we reserve the right to merge them or close all but one Account at our sole discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify kis69 immediately via email at [email protected] or through live chat. kis69 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access due to your failure to maintain proper security measures.
kis69 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. To comply with legal and regulatory requirements, we implement a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit the following documents:

Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account status. Deposits are typically processed instantly during banking hours (WIB). You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: Your Account must be fully verified through the KYC process. You must withdraw funds to a bank account or payment method registered in your own name matching your KYC documentation. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-24 hours for verified Accounts, with most requests completed in under 12 hours. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and may take up to 48 hours. kis69 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Bonus funds and winnings from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal (see Bonus Terms section below).
You must use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (payments made from accounts not in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be rejected or refunded. kis69 reserves the right to reverse any winnings derived from third-party deposits and close your Account. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. If this is not feasible, kis69 may request alternative withdrawal verification.
kis69 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time of the promotion. General bonus terms include:

In the event of obvious errors in odds or results (e.g., incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction), kis69 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Betting on sports events: All bets are settled based on the official result declared by the governing sports body. If a match is postponed or abandoned, settlement rules will follow industry-standard practices (e.g., bets on abandoned football matches may be void unless the match is replayed within 48 hours). Live casino games: All game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer outcomes. Game decisions are final. Togel betting: Results are based on official draw outcomes from Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, and other licensed lottery operators. kis69 does not control or manipulate draw outcomes.

kis69 reserves the right to suspend or close your Account at any time with or without cause, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; failure to complete KYC verification; suspicious or fraudulent activity; abusive behavior; or voluntary self-exclusion. Upon Account closure, you will be entitled to withdraw any remaining balance (minus any bonus funds or disputed amounts) subject to completion of KYC verification and wagering requirements. kis69 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation of suspected Terms violations.
All content on the kis69 platform, including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, and game designs, is the property of kis69 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any kis69 content without express written permission.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from your use of kis69 Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia. By using kis69, you waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
